How much does it cost to list?
Listing fees start from £10.99, tiered by the asking price. The exact fee is shown before you publish.
Are there any other fees beyond the listing fee?
For private classified sales, no, you pay the listing fee only. For Buyer Protection sales, the platform keeps a small percent of the sale price to cover Stripe escrow, courier insurance and dispute resolution; this is shown at checkout.
How do seller payouts work?
For classified sales, the buyer pays you directly and the listing fee is charged to your card. For Buyer Protection sales, Stripe releases payment to your connected Stripe account once the buyer confirms the bike matches.
How are fees structured?
Private classified sales are priced as a flat listing fee, tiered by asking price and shown before you publish. For Buyer Protection sales, the platform keeps a small percent of the sale price to cover escrow and dispute resolution; this is shown at checkout before either side commits.
What is the listing-fee refund policy?
Listing fees are non-refundable once the listing is published. Buyer Protection fees are refundable if the dispute is upheld. Buyer fees on classified sales are refundable up to 14 days after sale completion in limited cases.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Clearpay on eligible purchases. Cash and bank transfers are not permitted, they bypass Buyer Protection and our dispute system.
Do you accept Cycle to Work scheme vouchers?
Yes, Cyclescheme, Bike2Work and Green Commute Initiative are all supported. Voucher redemption is currently manual via support; we are working on automated voucher checkout for 2026.
Can I finance a used bike?
Klarna and Clearpay are available at checkout on eligible purchases (typically over £100, subject to their own approval). Cycle to Work covers up to £3,000 interest-free through your employer. We do not offer finance directly.
