What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is coming soon. It will hold your payment in Stripe escrow until you confirm the bike matches the listing, and it will cover courier shipping, a 48-hour inspection window, and dispute resolution by a human on our UK team. Until it launches, arrange payment directly with the seller and inspect the bike before you pay.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
Use the Report button on any listing page. Describe the issue, suspected stolen, misdescribed, duplicate, and our team reviews it within 24 hours. Confirmed violations get the listing removed and the seller suspended.
How is my data protected during a sale?
Buyer and seller addresses are only shared with the courier and the counter-party at the point of dispatch. Your full address, phone, and email stay private during browsing and messaging. We are GDPR compliant and never sell user data.
