On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email. We email a secure reset link that expires in 1 hour. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder.
Resetting your Cyclesite password
You can reset your password at any time without contacting support. The reset link expires after one hour for security.
Reset your password
1. Go to the Sign in page and choose Forgot password. 2. Enter the email address on your account. 3. Open the email we send and click Reset password. The link is valid for one hour. 4. Create a new password that meets our requirements: 8 characters with an uppercase, lowercase, number and special character. 5. Sign in with the new password.
If no email arrives within a minute, check spam. If nothing is there either, the email may not be on our system, try any other addresses you might have used.
Keep the reset link private
The link signs in anyone who clicks it, so only open it on a device you trust and do not share it. It expires after one hour and using it straight away is safest.
After resetting
When your password changes, every existing sign-in session is revoked. You will need to sign in again on any device you use Cyclesite on, including the app.
If you did not request the reset, sign in, change your password again, and turn on two-factor authentication from Account, Security. That way a stolen password alone is no longer enough to get in.
If the reset does not work
A few reasons a reset might fail:
- The email address you entered is not on an account. Try another address.
- You signed up with Google, Apple, Facebook or GitHub instead of a password. Sign in with that provider and add a password from Account, Security if you want one.
- Your account was deleted in the last 30 days. Contact support, we can cancel the deletion if you are still inside the grace period.
If none of that helps, contact support and we will help you recover the account.

How long does the password reset link last?
One hour from when we send it. After that, the link stops working and you need to request a fresh one from the Forgot password page.

Check your spam folder first. If the email is not there, confirm you are using the address actually on the account. No email usually means the address is not on our system, try any other addresses you might have used.
Will I be signed out of my other devices?
Yes. Changing your password revokes every active sign-in session on every device. You will need to sign in again on each one.
I signed up with Google, how do I reset my password?
Social accounts do not have a Cyclesite password. Sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook or GitHub, then visit Account, Security to add a password if you want one.
Can I reuse my old password?
You can, but we do not recommend it. If your account was compromised, reusing the same password leaves it exposed. Pick something new or use a password manager.
