Retailer Packages Terms
These Terms govern the paid subscription packages that retailers use to list stock on Cyclesite. They form part of the Retailer Agreement and sit alongside the Listing Terms and Listing Content Standards. If they conflict, the Retailer Agreement takes precedence.
1. Definitions
- Retailer. A business account on Cyclesite verified as a bike shop, dealership or professional reseller.
- Package. One of the subscription tiers set out in clause 2.
- Billing Period. A calendar month, beginning on the date the Package first takes effect.
- Listings Quota. The maximum number of concurrent active listings a Package permits.
2. Packages
Retailer Packages are sold monthly. Prices are in pounds sterling. TPSTORES LIMITED is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged.
| Package | Monthly price | Listings Quota |
|---|---|---|
| Basic Shop | £29 | Up to 50 active listings |
| Growth Shop | £79 | Up to 200 active listings |
| Pro Shop | £149 | Unlimited active listings |
| Elite Shop | £299 | Unlimited active listings |
Feature differences between Packages (for example, homepage placement, feed ingestion, API access, analytics depth) are shown on the retailer sign-up screens at the time of purchase. Those feature lists form part of these Terms.
3. Trials and the Founding Dealer Programme
Cyclesite may offer a free trial period on selected Packages. Where a trial is offered, the trial length and the Package that activates on expiry are shown before you start. You can cancel the trial before it ends and no payment is taken.
Retailers accepted into the Founding Dealer Programme receive the specific terms described in their onboarding email, which take precedence over clause 2 for the stated period.
4. Billing and Auto-Renewal
- Payment is taken in advance for each Billing Period via Stripe Payments UK Ltd.
- Packages renew automatically at the end of each Billing Period at the then-current list price, unless cancelled in advance.
- If a payment fails, Cyclesite will retry the charge and notify the Retailer. Persistent failure will lead to suspension of listing privileges.
5. Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade at any time. The upgraded Package takes effect immediately and the difference for the remainder of the Billing Period is charged on a pro-rata basis.
You may downgrade or cancel at any time. The change takes effect at the end of the current Billing Period; we do not pro-rate refunds on downgrade.
6. Listings Quota
A Retailer cannot publish more concurrent active listings than the Listings Quota permits. Attempts to bypass the Quota (for example, by operating multiple linked accounts) are a breach of the Retailer Agreement.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the retailer dashboard or by emailing support@cyclesite.co.uk. On cancellation:
- The Package remains active until the end of the current Billing Period.
- After that, active listings remain visible but new listings cannot be created without an active Package.
- Data held on the account is retained and handled in line with the Retailer Privacy Notice.
8. Refunds
Package fees are non-refundable once a Billing Period has begun, save where refunds are required by UK consumer law or granted at Cyclesite’s discretion. The general Refund Policy applies to all other refund situations.
9. Suspension and Termination
Cyclesite may suspend or terminate a Package with immediate effect for material breach of the Retailer Agreement, the Listing Content Standards or the Acceptable Use Policy. In such cases the balance of the Billing Period is not refunded.
10. Changes to Packages and Prices
Cyclesite may introduce new Packages, retire existing ones, or adjust prices. Existing Retailers will be given at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase or material feature change, and may cancel before the change takes effect without penalty.
11. Liability
Packages are provided for the term paid for. Cyclesite does not guarantee a minimum number of buyer enquiries, sales, or page views from a Package. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of retailer-specific features.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of the statutory duty to provide a digital service with reasonable care and skill under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 s.49, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by UK law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
