2. Retailer Requirements
- Valid business registration
- Physical retail location or registered business address
- Compliance with consumer protection regulations
- Professional customer service standards
- Accurate and honest product descriptions
3. Listing Requirements
Retailer listings must include:
- Clear, high-quality product photographs
- Detailed specifications and condition reports
- Warranty information where applicable
- Return policy details
- Accurate pricing including any fees or charges
4. Fees and Pricing

5. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually

6. Retailer Obligations
As a Cyclesite business retailer, you agree to:

7. Prohibited Activities
- Listing stolen or counterfeit products

- Circumventing platform fees
- Engaging in unfair competitive practices
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Cyclesitereserves the right to suspend or terminate retailer accounts immediately for violation of terms.
9. Liability
Retailers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, product quality, and customer service. Cyclesite acts as a marketplace platform and is not liable for retailer-customer transactions.
10. Data Protection
Retailers must comply with GDPR and UK data protection regulations when handling customer information obtained through the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
Cyclesite reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice to active retailers.
