How do I create an account on Cyclesite?

Click "Sign Up" and register with your email address, or sign in instantly with Google or Facebook. The whole process takes less than a minute. You'll need to verify your email before you can list a bike for sale, but you can browse and save bikes straight away.

I've forgotten my password. How do I get back in?

Accepted Answer

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email address. We'll send you a reset link straight away. If you originally signed up using Google or Facebook, you don't have a Cyclesite password, so just click the Google or Facebook button to sign in.

How do I edit, relist, or remove my listing?

Accepted Answer

Go to your account dashboard and find the listing you want to change. From there you can update the description, swap out photos, change the price, mark it as sold, or remove it entirely. Changes go live immediately with no waiting for approval. If your listing has expired, you can relist it with one click.

How do I get in touch with the Cyclesite team?

If you need to speak to someone directly, use the contact form and we'll get back to you within 24 hours on working days. For urgent issues like a dispute or safety concern, mark your message as high priority.
