About this club
The club is based in the delightful village of Woodhall Spa, on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, giving us a choice of many different types of rides. A six mile ride to Horncastle takes us to the edge of the Wolds where many 15% climbs can be encountered; there are also great choices of flat routes plus several cycle tracks around the area. We welcome all riders be it novice or experienced but you will need to be reasonably fit and capable of riding 15 miles which would enable you to manage a Tuesday or Saturday leisure ride of 25-30 miles – pace dictated by whoever turns up. Thursday and Sunday rides are usually longer than 35 miles and may include one or more steepish hills, so you will need to be pretty fit. If you have any doubts about your fitness please consult your doctor and try the Tuesday or Saturday ride first! If you are under 18 your parent/guardian must also participate in the ride. Coffee stops are made on most rides
