About this club
Ken Horton’s daughter Jackie emailed the Club last week to inform us that her Dad had sadly passed away aged 91 on the 30th January. The older generation will remember Ken and his wife helping out at many of the Club events during the 1970’s and 80’s as well as their son Tim turning out some very fast 10 and 25 times. A cyclist most of his life and still cycling in his 80s, his funeral is on Friday 1st March, 2pm at Christ Church in Stocksbridge and later at 3pm at the Grenoside crematorium should anyone wish to remember him.
