About this club
Narberth Dynamos are a Narberth based club and are looking for new members in the Narberth area (or further afield!) Please feel free to come and join us on one of our weekday or Weekend rides. You don’t have to be a member to come along, however, for insurance reasons, if you decide to ride with us regularly we will have to ask you to join the Club. Our weekday rides are on Tuesday (6:15pm) and Thursday (6:00pm) evenings. Rides usually take place between late March and early October. During the winter months Cyclefit sessions take place each Tuesday at 7:30pm. Unfortunately we are currently unable to cater for riders under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Beginners or returners to the sport are welcome on Tuesdays. The rides start at 6:15pm and you will be escorted by a Club member around a shorter route at a pace to suit you. After a couple of weeks you should have the confidence to join in the regular Club Rides. Details of routes and Cyclefit are posted on
