About this club
– It will NOT be run in 2025– This news is to be posted on the Facebook and web pages (+ email) with the followingexplanations;– it was agreed a “refresh” is required with a change of course(s), and as it becomes ever more popular, the possible addition of a gravel event.– A new name is required – remove the term “reliability ride” as this has become an incorrect and misunderstood term for this type of event these days.– Events will take place in the spring – earlier than those of late and not necessarily aligned to the SCCA Reliability calendar that we have been on previously. Autumn events may return in 2026– Road courses to be of similar distance (55/60 miles & 35 miles), Gravel – 20/25 miles-tbc– Committee members are to investigate through local knowledge/rides done/viewing maps etc. suggestions for new routes. We would welcome ideas from club members for any of these events.– A group of club members is to meet in the next few weeks to put together a gravel route.– These investiga
