- Should I buy used or new?
- Used, almost always. Bikes lose 35-55% of value in the first three years, so a 2-3 year old used bike gives you much more quality per pound. Cyclesite removes the usual risk of buying used by stolen-checking every listing with a frame number.
- Can I return a used bike if there's a problem?

- How do I know what frame size to buy?
- Height is the starting point. Under 157cm = XS, 157-168cm = S, 168-178cm = M, 178-188cm = L, 188cm+ = XL. Mountain bikes use inch sizing (XS=13-14", S=15-16", M=17-18", L=19-20", XL=21-22"). The free Bike Advisor picks the right size based on the bike type it recommends.
