Bike fit
Saddle height is the single most important fit measurement. Use 0.883 times inseam in cm as a starting saddle-to-pedal length, then refine by feel.
A correctly-fitting bike prevents most overuse injuries cyclists develop. The guides on this page cover what you can adjust at home, when to book a professional fit, and how to recognise the symptoms of a bad fit before they become injuries.
