Taken from Preston, Lancashire (PR2 6TJ), PR2 on 24 August 2026. If you are offered this bike, do not buy it.

Cube Kathmandu Pro 800, 2026 model, colour Coal & Black. An ELECTRIC trekking bike: mid-drive motor, battery integrated into the down tube, easy-entry (low step-through) frame, rack and full mudguards. Reported stolen in the early hours of Monday 24 August 2026; the exact time is approximate. Taken from Preston, Lancashire (PR2 6TJ). Reported to the police, crime reference LC-20260824-0252. Distinguishing mark: a small area of scratching on the left rear frame around the screw holes, where a bike-trailer bracket was mounted. The owner registered this frame number on Cyclesite before reporting the theft. The frame number is recorded under both readings of its third character, WOW82987KGAX (letter O) and W0W82987KGAX (digit zero), so a check on either returns this theft. One bike, not two. About the picture: it is Cube’s own catalogue photograph of the same model and colour, supplied by the owner so people know what to look for. It is not a photograph of this particular bike.
Do not approach whoever has it. Call police on 101 and quote the crime reference above. If it is listed for sale somewhere, screenshot the listing first, then report it.
This record was filed by the bike's owner and reviewed by Cyclesite before it was published. Every listing on Cyclesite quoting this frame number is blocked. We are not connected to BikeRegister or the other UK national databases, so report your theft to them directly as well. That is the one UK police forces search.
