Another season over, another season when I haven't even ridden my bike. As a former Cheltenham Tri Club coach and member I have mostly used this bike for road cycling rather than triathlons, but now spend more time on the golf course than the roads. She's a Bianchi Infinito CV full carbon 57cm bike with upgraded (Campag Eurus) wheels and a Campag Athena compact drivetrain. I'm 6'1" but I'm sure she'd fit anyone over about 5'10". And she's absolutely gorgeous!! She's skittish and responsive, but really comfortable over long distances. I did a tour of the Dolomites on her (including Stelvio and Gavia passes) and we ate up the miles with ease. This bike oozes style. Have a look at the pictures; even the bar tape is gorgeous. I've really looked after her: she's in great condition, although two years hanging on the wall in the garage has brought a tiny bit of rust on the front brake caliper. Sometimes you just want a bike that's simple to maintain without having to worry about complicated battery-operated gismos and disc brakes. And this might just be the one. Back in 2015 I paid nearly £3800 for her (including the upgraded wheels). Pretty, comfortable and fast. She's a beaut.

Up for sale is my Bianchi road bike, a proper Italian carbon frame with that unmistakable celeste finish that turns heads on every ride. If you know your road bikes, you know Bianchi doesn't need much introduction — they've been building race-proven machines for well over a century, and this one carries that heritage in every tube. Running the show is a full Shimano Ultegra groupset, which honestly is the sweet spot for most riders. You get crisp, precise shifting and reliable braking without the eye-watering price tag of Dura-Ace, but you still feel every bit of that professional-level performance when you're pushing hard on a climb or holding a fast pace on the flats. Ultegra is battle-tested and durable, so you know you're getting a groupset that'll keep performing mile after mile. In terms of condition, I'd call this bike good — it's been ridden and enjoyed rather than sat in a garage, so expect some honest signs of use like light scuffs and normal wear you'd find on any bike that's actually been out on the road. Mechanically it's sound and shifts beautifully, it just isn't showroom fresh, and I think that's reflected fairly in the price. If you're after a carbon Bianchi with a genuine race pedigree and quality components, without paying new-bike prices, this is a great opportunity. Happy to answer questions or arrange a viewing before you commit.
