Any drop-bar bike with 35mm-plus tyre clearance can ride gravel. The bike matters less than tyre choice and pressure. Start with 38-42mm tyres at 30-40 psi, find a canal towpath or forest fire road, and ride it. Gravel skills are mostly road skills with looser steering and lower confidence in corners.
