## Description

For sale is my 2024 Merida Silex 400 gravel bike, small, in good condition, with only a few minor cosmetic scratches.

The Silex is a versatile and comfortable gravel bike, equally at home on road rides, gravel tracks, cycle paths and longer adventures. It has a relaxed riding position and is a great option for anyone looking for a capable all-round bike.

Specification:

Aluminium frame with carbon fork

Shimano GRX 400 2×10-speed groupset

Shimano hydraulic disc brakes

Front wheel: original Merida Expert SL alloy wheel, fitted with a Schwalbe G-One Allround 35 mm tyre

Rear wheel: brand-new Halo alloy wheel, fitted with a Bontrager Girona RSL GR 38 mm tyre

Both original Maxxis Rambler 45 mm tyres included with the sale. These have been used but have very little wear.

The bike has been well looked after and is in good overall condition, with just a few cosmetic scratches. The replacement rear wheel and current tyre setup make it ready to ride, while the original Maxxis tyres provide an alternative for anyone wanting a wider gravel setup.

The Silex 400 is an excellent all-round gravel bike for road riding, tracks and trails, offering a great specification without the cost of buying new.

A reluctant sale, and a great opportunity for another rider to enjoy this versatile Merida.

Please see photographs for condition. Happy to answer any questions, with viewing welcome.

Thanks for looking.
